How Does Huck Bom Rivet Work?

Prepare the components to be joined.
Insert the pin into the pre-drilled holes of the assembly.
Place the collar onto the pin.
Apply a controlled axial force to the pin using a specialized installation tool.
The pin head expands, while the collar is deformed and swaged into the pre-drilled holes.
The joint is formed when the collar reaches a predetermined level of deformation.
The collar locks the pin in place, creating a secure and robust connection.
The installed Huck Bom Rivets provide resistance against vibration, shear, and tensile forces.
The fasteners are visually inspected to ensure proper installation.
The completed joint offers excellent structural integrity and requires no additional treatment or maintenance.
