Monel 400 & Monel K500 Rivet Material Grades

• Monel 400: Consists of nickel and copper with small amounts of iron and manganese. Monel 400 rivets have good strength and excellent corrosion resistance, making them suitable for marine applications and other environments that require exposure to corrosive elements.
• Monel K500: Similar in composition and corrosion resistance to Monel 400, but with additional aluminum and titanium for enhanced strength through precipitation hardening. Since Monel K500 rivets have excellent strength, they are ideal for heavy duty applications in corrosive and marine environments.

Production Process

Regular package is small box+ carton+ pallet, or bulk in carton, each carton weights 20-25kgs.
