The grooved shank allows for a more secure grip and prevents the rivet from rotating or spinning during installation.

How Does Grooved blind rivet Work?  

1. Align the workpieces to be joined.

2. Insert the grooved blind rivet into the pre-drilled hole.

3. Apply pressure to the rivet using a rivet tool.

4. As the tool compresses the rivet, the grooves on the rivet body engage with the surrounding material.

5. The grooves create a secure grip, preventing the rivet from rotating or pulling out.

6. Continue applying pressure until the mandrel breaks off, indicating a completed installation.

7. Inspect the joint to ensure proper installation and a secure connection.
